Due date for summit reports?

I am new here, is there any documentation about summits?

In particular, on which day of each month should reports be published here?

There is no due date or anything, and I personally would like to avoid any strict rules for this strictly voluntary activity. However, a natural style preference would be to provide a link to every statement you post. --Alexander (talk) 08:21, 9 October 2013 (UTC)
