Vasanta Group is an Indonesian real estate and lifestyle development company headquartered in Tangerang, Banten. Founded in 2015, The company has been active in Indonesia's real estate sector. Its founders, including Tri Ramadi, Agnus Suryadi, Erick Wihardja, Nicholas Hum, and Denny Asalim, have diverse backgrounds and experience s in the real estate industry.

In 2020, Vasanta Group welcomed Nicholas Hum and Denny Asalim to the team. The founders worked together during the acquisition of Shila at Sawangan.[1]

The acquisition of Shila at Sawangan leads to Vasanta Group's expansion and partnerships with international corporations, such as Mitsubishi Corporation and Lotte Group, and have extended its presence to various Indonesian cities.

History[edit]

  • 2015-2016: The Vasanta Group was founded and acquired land in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, and Vasanta Innopark in Cikarang. The company aimed to complete various projects, including shophouses and Aoki apartments.
  • 2017: Vasanta Innopark introduced its first apartment development, 'Aoki,' along with shophouse offerings.
  • 2018: The company introduced its second apartment complex, 'Botan,' and commenced the construction of additional apartment towers and shophouses.
  • 2020: Vasanta Innopark completed the construction of its first and second apartments, and Quanta Land became a partner. The Vasanta Group also acquired land in Sawangan, Depok, and Walini.
  • 2021: Vasanta Innopark handed over their two apartments and shophouses, and entered into partnerships with Mitsubishi Corporation for 'Shila' and with LYD Group for 'Mawatu' in Labuan Bajo.
  • 2023 & Beyond: Vasanta Group continues to seek lands with development potential, collaborating with Lotte E&C and Mitsubishi Corporation for urban and tourism projects.

Tri Ramadi has experience in finance, real estate, and startup investments, with a background spanning two decades in international finance and capital markets. His knowledge extends to areas such as project investment funding and the Indonesian macroeconomic landscape.

During his tenure as the CEO of Vasanta Group, Tri Ramadi played a role in the growth and increased the company's value. He has experience in overseeing real estate development projects.

Tri Ramadi is known for his knowledge of demographic trends, economic factors, infrastructure development, zoning regulations, accessibility, proximity to amenities, and environmental considerations, which have been factors in his history of real estate developments.

Make it easily accessible from the major location of Jakarta Capital City.), The Vasanta Innopark project is a mixed-use development located in Sawangan, Depok, West Java, Indonesia. The project is being developed by Vasanta Group, a leading property developer in Indonesia. The project has a total area of 120 hectares and will consist of 10,000 units of property, including apartments, shops, schools, hospitals, and a shopping mall. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.[2]
  1. Shila at Sawangan: Located in Depok, West Java. The first cluster, The Grove, is now scheduled to be delivered in 2023. Shila at Sawangan is a residential development within Vasanta Eco Town, a township project undertaken by PT Pakuan Tbk, a subsidiary of Vasanta Group. The development encompasses an area of 102 hectares.[3]
