* 1. Some files has the "Author = MOAJJEM" as metadata. If uploader's name is actually "[[special:diff/789764835|Moajjem Hossain]]", may be we can at least keep those. Ask the user to send verification to VRT? <br>2. {{Vote keep}} all the file name with "Wikimedia Strategy Salon Rajshahi 2019...", it was uploaded as part of [[:Category:Wikimedia Strategy Salon in Rajshahi, 2019]]. Many Bengali wikipedian was there, if there is any doubt as to whether they were actually taken by "user:Vespertunes", we can ask them.  Question Where did he write that? For many images, authorship is really questionable, since the images lack exif data. Quite a few of them however have "en:SM-G360H" as camera, which is not a very common smartphone model from samsung and could be the phone of the uploader.
