德國之翼航空9525號航班（德語：Germanwings-Flug 9525，航班編號：4U9525），2015年3月24日由西班牙巴塞隆拿飛往德國杜塞爾多夫，途經法國南部上普羅旺斯阿爾卑斯省上空時失事，於法國境內阿爾卑斯山海拔2,700米（8,900呎）地區墜毀。飛機上載有150人，包括144名乘客和6名機組成員皆當場罹難[3]。失事客機隸屬德國之翼航空（又稱為「日耳曼之翼航空」），為漢莎航空全資子公司。

德國之翼航空9525號航班於歐洲中部時間2015年3月24日上午10時01分（09:01 UTC）在巴塞隆拿機場起飛，原定於上午11時39分（10:39 UTC）抵達杜塞爾多夫國際機場。[2][4]確定發生事故後，馬賽市檢察院受委派進行調查[5]。當天事故發生後幾個小時後，法國內政部長貝爾納·卡澤納夫表示機上的1個黑盒已經尋獲[6]。經過對駕駛艙通話記錄器的分析，調查人員發現在飛機墜毀之前十分鐘，一名飛行員離開了駕駛艙，之後被鎖在駕駛艙外，駕駛艙內僅有一名飛行員在執飛，且其始終沒有打開艙門。直至墜毀，並沒有這名正在駕駛的飛行員設法求救的跡象，也沒有證據表明他遇到了心臟病等突發的健康問題[7][8][9]。根據殘骸分析，飛機是高速撞山被毀，然而即將墜毀時，正在駕駛的飛行員並未發出求救訊號，也未回應試圖連繫的地面控制人員[10]。3月26日，馬賽市共和國檢察官布里斯·羅班（Brice Robin）在記者會上說，意外發生時只有副駕駛安德烈亞斯·盧比茨（Andreas Lubitz）在駕駛艙內[11]。副駕駛主動操縱飛機下降，並且在機長要求開門時拒絕打開艙門[12]。檢察官說：「副駕駛啟動了這個（飛機下降）按鈕，原因我們現在完全不知道，但可以分析為有摧毀這架飛機的意圖。」[11]

2016年3月中，法國航空事故調查處（BEA）提出的最終報告認為德國之翼航空9525號班機副機師蓄意墜機。[13][14][15]

失事飛機[編輯]

失事飛機是一架空中巴士A320-211型客機，註冊編號為D-AIPX，使用CFM56-5A1發動機。飛機於1990年11月29日首航，1991年2月加入漢莎航空機隊。2003年轉入德國之翼航空，2004年又回到漢莎航空機隊。2014年1月重組後的德國之翼航空接收了這架飛機。[16][17]飛機機齡長達24年，累計飛行時數約58,300小時。[18]

客機上載有144名乘客及6名機組人員，大部份乘客為德國籍，其次為西班牙籍乘客，另有土耳其、法國等國家。[40]其中包括2名嬰兒[41][42]。一支瑞典足球隊完成了西班牙季前集訓，準備回程，但隊中成員認為在杜塞爾多夫轉機等候時間過長，決定退票，轉乘同一航空公司的三個航經轉機返回瑞典[43] 。

盧比茨於1987年12月18日出生於聯邦德國萊茵蘭-普法爾茨州的蒙塔鮑爾[44]，家中生活富裕[45]，父親是商界高管，母親是鋼琴老師。盧比茨是猶太姓，關於他的種族未知。他於14歲時開始學習駕駛滑翔機，並參加飛行俱樂部[46]。其個人夢想是要立志成為飛行員，在他房間裏有許多漢莎航空的標誌，同時持有滑翔機飛行執照[45][47]。高中畢業後，他開始接受漢莎航空飛行培訓，並於2008年開始在德國不來梅和美國亞利桑那州固特異參加訓練[48]。在完成11個月的訓練後，盧比茨開始擔任乘務員[46]。

他於2013年9月進入漢莎航空下屬子公司德國之翼擔任飛行員。在飛機失事之前，他總共飛行了630個小時[46]。盧比茨還曾經是漢堡王的臨時工，經理人評價他是一個「可靠並不起眼」的人[49]。他還曾經於2011年、2012年和2013年參加法蘭克福半程馬拉松[46]。

盧比茨曾有一個女朋友，她說「盧比茨是一個精神飽受折磨、性格古怪的人，善於隱藏內心陰暗的想法的人」[50]。另外，盧比茨還夢想駕駛更大的長途客機，如波音747或空中巴士A380[51]。

盧比茨長期患有嚴重的憂鬱症。2009年，盧比茨曾因「嚴重憂鬱症」中斷了飛行訓練，並接受了18個月的心理觀察，美國方面也曾將他列入不適宜飛行的名單[52]。2015年2月，盧比茨在杜塞爾多夫大學醫院接受醫療診斷，但並未透露具體病情，院方表示該症狀不是憂鬱症[53]。根據杜塞爾多夫大學醫院發出的聲明，盧比茨曾於2015年3月10日接受抑鬱症治療[54]。聲明顯示，盧比茨的情況不適合在當天工作。3月27日，德國檢察官查明，盧比茨在空難發生當天曾撕毀病假條，並向航空公司隱瞞患病事實[52]。

空難發生後的3月26日，德國警方對盧比茨的住所展開搜查[55]。隨後，法國、德國檢察官和漢莎航空高管認為盧比茨有摧毀這架飛機的意圖[56][57][58][59][60]。3月28日，德國警方再次搜查盧比茨的住所，後發現並查扣了若干「治療心理疾病的藥物」[53][61][62]。

在飛機失事不久後，德國之翼將網站和社交媒體標識改為灰色，以悼念罹難乘客，漢莎航空、瑞士國際航空和奧地利航空也都採用同樣的方式。

飛行員工會出於對逝世同事的哀悼，德國之翼在3月24日至25日取消多架航班。[67][68] 3月25日，德國之翼停用了4U9525班號，從巴塞隆拿飛往的杜塞爾多夫航班號改為4U9441；從杜塞爾多夫飛往巴塞隆拿的航班號，則由4U9524改為4U9440。[69]

漢莎航空的總裁克里斯托弗·弗朗茨在3月25日前往飛機墜毀現場，並表示「這是漢莎航空60年來最黑暗的一天。」[70]

影響[編輯]

加拿大、新西蘭、德國的民航當局迅即實施新規定，要求客機在航行時任何時候必需有兩名獲授權人員留在駕駛艙內，若其中一名飛行員因如廁或其他原因需暫時離開駕駛艙時，要召喚空服員或非當班飛行員等一位獲授權人員進入駕駛艙待命，不得只有一名飛行員單獨在駕駛艙內[71]。歐洲航空安全局亦建議類似措施。[72]多間航空公司也宣佈更改守則落實上述措施。[71][73][74][75]美國聯邦航空管理局自2002年已有「必需有兩個人在駕駛艙內」的類似規定。[75][76]而中國民用航空局於此事件後，也加強對航班飛行中的駕駛艙機組成員保持數量不少於2人的規定[77]。中華民國交通部民用航空局於事件後的3月30日發出飛安公告，要求民航運輸業依規定裝置駕駛艙安全門之航空器，於飛航中駕駛艙內至少應有兩名組員，其中至少一名須為飛航駕駛員[78]。

事前預言[編輯]

阿聯酋航空荷蘭籍機長Jan Cocheret於事發前兩個月在航空專業雜誌《Piloot en Vliegtuig》上撰文，表達強化駕駛艙門的危險。他寫道：「因為有高防護的裝甲駕駛艙門，飛機師現在很容易阻止同事進入駕駛艙。只需要等到同事出去解決生理需要時，讓艙門鎖住打不開。……我常常問自己駕駛艙內坐在我身旁的人是誰，我要如何信任他？說不定他剛經歷人生中無法克服的可怕事件。我希望在小便回來後，永遠不會遇到上鎖駕駛艙門情況。」事發後該機長在臉書上說：「看來這恐怖事情成真了。」[79][80][81][82]
