As a rough guideline, administrators usually require editors to have made more than 500 useful non-botlike edits, and to have been active in the last thirty days. Patrollers and License reviewers don't have to request this flag. Find possible candidates.
Hello. I am Hulged. I am requesting autopatrol right here. As stated on my userpage, I am currently CU blocked on en-WP but I am not involved in any type of sockpuppetry here (and I am not involved in en-WP too for over 5-6 months). I have since been an admin on kswiki and I am also active on other projects such as simplewiki. I help in the depicting and categorising images related to India. I have a well grasp of policies. Hello Jeff G. As I said, above I am no longer involved in sockpuppetry. You are combining my present day with my dark past. I know it is hard for you to support such a candidacy, but at least I am operating in good faith now and there have been 8 months since then. I have mailed the ArbCom, but they haven't responded yet.
